Advance payment required for some countries

Crucial cannot process orders on credit card terms for shipment to the countries below. In order to ship to one of these countries, payment must be made in advance via wire transfer. For more information, contact us.

Important note for international orders:

VAT

As a division of Micron Europe, Limited., Micron Consumer Products Group is required to collect UK VAT (20% of the total order cost, including shipping charges) on all applicable orders. If your company is within the EU, but outwith the UK and you have a VAT Certificate, you are eligible for zero-rated VAT transactions. If your company is eligible for zero-rated VAT, please enter your VAT exemption number when prompted during the purchase process. To be prompted for a VAT exemption number, be sure to enter a Company Name when entering your billing information. When your VAT exemption number has been validated, your VAT will be automatically updated to zero, if applicable. In the event that your order does not qualify for VAT exemption, we will not be able to remove this charge from the order.

Orders to locations outwith the EU are not liable for UK VAT but may be liable for local duties and customs clearance charges in the country of receipt. For more information on applicable charges, please contact your local customs office or tax authority.

EU Enlargement, May 2004

As of 01 May 2004 Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, the Slovak Republic, and Slovenia are members of the enlarged EU. Normal EU VAT rules will apply to orders shipping to these countries.
