I cloned my existing 256 GB SSD to this 1 TB SSD. The cloning was easy with the Micron software. It has been working without issue for 1 month now. I would buy again.

i didnt know my laptop didnt have a slot for an extra card but this card works in like an external hard drive too so all was well but yk make sure ur computer has an extra internal slot if thats what ur looking for

Fast hard drive, but not great if you need to clone your hard drive. I used the crucial software, and tried it three different times. Windows would not load properly. I stopped by Best Buy and bought a Samsung SSD like I normally do. Their software took half the time and cloned the entire hard drive like a charm. I love the RAM sticks from Crucial, but I'll stick with Samsung for the SSD.

I have upgraded several new and older computers. Crucial helps me get the EXACT fit every time. The SSDs and memory work every time. I do not have time to troubleshoot junk memory from Schmuck-0-Packs a division of Fail-faster.

I have a Dell Inspiron 5570 laptop that was too slow. I installed the NVMe M.2 SSD in an existing slot in the motherboard. It provided a significant improvement over the older 5400 rpm 2.5" drive. I envision using the laptop for many more years before it's retired.
